Stainless steel gas Mandi oven

A heavy-duty commercial Mandi oven, specifically designed for restaurants and catering facilities to prepare traditional Arabic dishes such as Mandi, Madghout, and Kabsa. Constructed entirely from stainless steel to ensure high durability, hygiene, and a long service life under continuous, high-temperature operation.

Key Technical Specifications

•           Double-walled internal chamber insulated with high-density rock wool or ceramic fiber (50–75 mm) to retain heat and minimize gas consumption.

•           Heavy-duty, insulated stainless steel door featuring a heat-resistant gasket and secure latch; optional glass viewing window available.

•           Suspension rails/hooks for hanging whole chickens or meat cuts, plus a collection tray for cooking juices.

•           Option to include a rice tray for simultaneous cooking using the meat drippings.

•           High-pressure cast iron gas burner or stainless steel piping located beneath the chamber for upward heat distribution

•           Recommended heat output: 60,000 BTU (typical range: 45,000–70,000)

•           Operates on Propane (LPG) or Natural Gas (NG); manual or piezoelectric ignition
