3-basin stainless steel sink

A heavy-duty commercial stainless steel washbasin table, designed for washing, rinsing, and food preparation in restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, central kitchens, and industrial kitchens. The table can be manufactured with one, two, or multiple basins to suit operational needs and workflow.

All dimensions—length, width, height, and basin size—are fully customizable to fit the client's space and required capacity.

2. Fabrication and Materials

• Constructed from food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

• Surface thickness: 1.0 to 1.5 mm, customizable.

• Basins: Drawn or welded, made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

• Legs: 38 mm diameter round stainless steel tubes with height-adjustable bases.

• Bases: Non-slip, height-adjustable, available in plastic or stainless steel.

• Reinforced underside with stainless steel channels for increased strength and durability.

• Load capacity: Approximately 100 to 250 kg, depending on size and reinforcement.

3. Number of Tub Options

A. Single Tub

• Suitable for small spaces or light washing loads.

• Customizable tub size, such as 400×400×250 mm or 500×500×300 mm.

• Option to add a filter surface on the left or right side.

B. Double Tub

• Suitable for washing and rinsing.

• The two tubs can be the same size or different sizes.

• Option to add filter surfaces.

C. Triple or Multi-Tub Tub

• Designed for high-volume washing areas.

• Suitable for dishwashing areas, central kitchens, and food processing facilities.

• Customizable spacing between sinks.

• Sink drain with strainer and drain connection.
