Shipping and Delivery Policy
The policies listed below are those of Modern Steel World Factory for Industry, specifically for the factory's official online platforms through which customers purchase. These policies may change from time to time as necessary, and customers are required to adhere to them.
Product(s) will be prepared for shipment after order confirmation with the customer via phone or WhatsApp from the sales support team.
Shipping methods available from Modern Steel World Factory for Industry are as follows:
Standard shipping within Al-Ahsa: 1-3 business days from order confirmation, free of charge.
Standard shipping to all parts of Saudi Arabia: 3-5 business days from order confirmation for ready-made products and products requiring manufacturing after completion, as per the price quote and contract, according to the shipping companies.
Express shipping to all parts of Saudi Arabia: 2-3 days at a variable cost, calculated upon completion of the purchase.
These times are approximate, and delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company containing the order number, which allows you to track its progress. Shipping costs may vary depending on several factors, including the shipping company, product dimensions and weight, and distance.
Upon delivery, the customer must sign a delivery receipt after inspecting the shipment to ensure there are no defects in the product(s).
If the delivery address is unavailable and the customer requires storage for a specified period, either as agreed upon or after 15 days from the order date, a storage fee of 0.5% of the invoice value per day will be charged.
The store is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the goods while in the custody of the shipping company.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs if they refuse to accept the shipment after verifying that it meets the specifications. If the shipment does not meet the specifications, the shipping company will bear the shipping costs.
If the delivery city is changed from the one selected on the order and shown on the invoice, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the change.
The customer must ensure that a designated person is present to receive the products. If no such person is present, the customer must schedule a new delivery time and will be responsible for the shipping costs again.
